SPLBE-CE
The 2015 Special Professional Licensure Board Examination (SPLBE) in Civil Engineers Licensure Examination was held in Riyadh, Jeddah and Al-Khobar, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates; Doha, Qatar; and Kuwait on September 24 and 25, 2015. However, PICE Bahrain aspirants took the board examinations in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
PICE Bahrain has produced one successful examinee that passed the SPLBE in the name of Engr. Flordeliza Dabal. SPLBE review classes under the program of the Committee On Continuing Professional Advancement (COCPA) were offered from February 2015 to September 2015.
The review classes for 2016 Special Licensure Board Examination (SPLBE) in Civil Engineers Licensure Examination is scheduled to start on January to September 2016.

Editorial…
Facebook… twitter…instagram… Kidzui… B. games…Clash of the clans…etc…. all of these became part of our daily lives as we ourselves, aside from our kids, are using these social media and games’ sites or playing these games.
One day, I was telling my colleague at MOW that my arms are sore because I have done kiting with the 21 KPH wind at Bussaiten. I was so surprised that when I told him that …he started smiling, then smiling became laughing … then after a while he started to reminisce his childhood days about the games he used to play … flying paper kite/sarangola at the rice fields (he even stood up and reenacted how he flew the kite/sarangola), Piko, Tumbang Preso, etc… so I also recalled the games I played in my childhood days like Chinese Garter, Piko, Tumbang Preso, Jack Stone,etc.! … and we both change our moods and made our days so happy and beautiful!
After our recollections we both paused and ponder… what if our kids will do the same this time of computer or electronic games… would it be wonderful and fascinating? Well, I told him,” It would be… and it is even good for their health as they unintentionally doing exercise!”
What if we do all these activities/games again within our organization with our own families? Next year… we will… and experience that wonderful, fascinating and majestic/splendid feeling we had before and will share them to our kids.
Looking forward to have all of you during our planned family days next year…!
